Two tips for iPhone users…

iPhone icon#1:  If you hold your iPhone sideways while viewing the GVXC.net website, the menus are easier to read and use.

#2:  To add GVXC.net as an icon on your iPhone, you can do this:

  • Open GVXC.net in the Safari browser
  • Tap the icon at the bottom that looks like a square with an upward pointing arrow
  • Select ‘Add to Home Screen’
  • Replace the long name with something short, such as ‘GVXC’
  • Click the ‘Add’ button in upper right

New additions to the website…

Geneva Sprinter 01As we get ready for this weekends Indoor Meets, we just wanted to draw attention to a few new items on the website:

  • Welcome Geneva Middle School Athletes and Parents!  We have added a menu called ‘GMS’ which will direct you to the Geneva Middle School running pages.  We will be posting schedules, results and information for the middle schools here.
  • Check out the Alumni Spotlight beneath Other Information.  We will be listing all Geneva runners that continue their running career beyond high school.  Check back often to see links to recent articles and information about the athletes.
  • Geneva is participating in the DYESTAT IL Sub5 / Sub6 High School Challenge.  Take a look at the Boys and the Girls performance pages to see how many runners have beaten the cutoff times to be included in the challenge.
  • Coaches Contact Information If you need to contact any of the coaches, now you can quickly find their email and phone numbers beneath the Other Information menu.
  • We have added a Photo page.  Please feel free to upload photos from the meets to our Shutterfly page.
